  1. Coffee in the morning, Peruvian or Columbian French Roast, straight up. Afternoon tea, of course, Darjeeling or China black. After nice dinner, medium roast Cameroon, decaf, and before bed, herbal tea, sometimes peppermint, sometimes chamomile. But none of this is absolute, I like variety in coffees and teas and wines and kombucha!
