Papaya is not the only healthy ingredient in this recipe. Greek Yogurt is rich in protein, Vitamin B12, Potassium and Calcium. Plus, the honey, granola and coconut flakes are all also very good foods.
Everything in this glass is good for you. This is definitely the healthiest and tastiest dessert I’ve ever made. Yes, it’s so yummy that it qualifies as a dessert, or breakfast, or snack. Heck! Have it for lunch or even dinner if you’d like. I’m sure that would be fine, too.
I need to make this again like ASAP! Just for me. No sharing. I’m going to get really greedy this time around because I’m sure the kids won’t mind one bit eating it all again and not letting me have any. Or maybe, I’ll share a bit. But only a little bit and that’s it.

Ingredients:
- 4-5 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup papaya , cut into cubes
- 2 cups vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
Instructions:
In 2 small or medium glasses, layer ingredients as follows: honey, yogurt, papaya, granola and coconut flakes. Repeat as needed to fill the glasses.
Serve immediately.
This gets my vote. It’s quick and easy plus it contains some of my favorite ingredients. Oh yes, I’d share. My friends deserve this.

I hope not to create an argument with you, but men are better cooks as well as food prepares. And in defense of my statements, the commercial proofs are in every food industry.
I don’t blog argue. It is an AOC policy. But commercially there seems to be more men in food servicing. Does that let wives off the hook? I would say no. The woman still has to cook the home meals. A husband who cooks for a living certainly is not going to come home and cook.🤔

That is one of the reason why I love this one too. But more importantly, it acts as an acidophilus for me, intestinal friendly and a cleanser.
It looks simple to make too.
