Patti LaBelle: Mac and Cheese from In the Kitchen with Miss Patti

From the DVD “In the Kitchen With Ms Patti” Patti shows how she makes her famous Mac and Cheese.

Over the Top Mac n Cheese

1 tbsp light olive oil

1 pound elbow macaroni cooked

1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Muenster cheese

1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack

1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese

1/4 cup Provolone

1 cup (8 ounces) Velveeta cut into small cubes

1/2 lb sauteed shrimp, chopped

1/2 lb steamed lobster, chopped

8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1/4 tsp seasoned salt

2 cups half-and-half

1 tablespoon paprika
