  1. Awesome star spangled banner. What an amazing opportunity those people had to listen to some of the best musicians of all times. Can you imagine the people one could have potentially met there. Wow!! Great post my friend. Hope your having an awesome Monday. Love and blessings to you my friend. 💖🤗💕😘☕️☕️☕️love Joni

    1. Thanks for visiting and commenting, Jimi was extraordinary in many ways. Most people view famous rock personalities of those times, as druggies. But, going behind the scenes into the heart of a famed person, can reveal a more profoundness. I actually respect both Hendrix and Joplin. 🎼🍃☕️☕️

  2. I actually caught “Woodstock: The Director’s Cut” just last night. Tried to stay awake for Jimi’s performance, one of the best in the history of concerts, but couldn’t make it. Watching it, I had to ask my wife, “Where is all the protest and rebellious music from this generation?”. Especially in light of the state of America at this point. The Woodstock era was the height of musical genius. Music today has zero soul, it seems.

    1. August is Woodstock’s anniversary and during Summer months broadcasters keep highlighting America’s tumultuous past. I believe there are always upheavals and crashes when there are cross roads embarking on change. Modernization, head of household changes, facing off with racism were all enough to heighten and set off temperaments. What a generation! I met a female who had served time with the Manson girls. While incarcerated they were model prisoners giving fashion shows. I learned so much through our conversation and my research that help me to understand their breaking point and the breaking point of America.😣

    2. Yes, I agree. Greed has lost its mind with people living on sidewalks and bushes. And politicians are wealth mongers, pocketing the very monies to implement a better government. They only want to win elections for the benefit of power over the people. I respect any politician that works for free. Revolution? Revolution is happening now! Covid19 is the marker for the new revolution. There are so many of us that the enemy had to reinvent concentration camps with bio weapons s aside other control substances to isolate us. Ordering everything online maybe the new shopping method. Odd and even #s may be given to us to regulate consumer allotments (just as with dmv registration).🤔

    3. I certainly hope we aren’t headed towards a real life “1984”. November will decide. I sure hope that’s where the revolution begins in earnest. Enough is enough.

    4. Yep. The theory is on target. And, Biblically so. But what appears to be powerful, has a big dependency on a technology which gives them (delusions of grandeur under God) advantages they did not have before. Funny thing, God will not allow His Mockery of control to endure. We must never forget, the enemy is only a ploy to right us all, before God’s Kingdom comes. Satan is not going to get the good that God has created. I am sure that when God is done with exposing, wrath’s and catastrophes, Satan will choose to flee. No one violates God and escapes without severe damnation ir correction.

    1. Yes parental problems had taken its toll on a lot of young people during the 1960s. I had just shared with someone that I met a female who had served time with the Manson girl followers. They had become model prisoners who gave fashion shows. Sadly the Manson girls and Manson were all products of problem parenting. And, they all (through the use of drugs) escaped to many depths of Hell.
