CLASSIC COCONUT COFFEE (cold)

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 cups organic coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Kara Classic UHT Coconut Milk

Method

  1. Fill an ice cube tray with Kara Classic UHT Coconut Milk. Freeze overnight
  2. Take 2 cups of chilled coffee and stir with coconut oil, vanilla extract and cocoa powder. (or can use blender and blend until well-combined and frothy.)
  3. Add coconut ice cubes

Serving portion: 2 persons
