    1. Yum yum. These all look good I like the frittata idea. I made one yesterday. So simple. 7 eggs, 1/4 cup of half and half – the day before sautéed yellow onions and green peppers. Add fresh basil and oregano, salt and pepper and two cups of mozzarella cheese. Stir it all up, add your onions and peppers and cook for 35 minutes in a buttered glass pie pan. Creamy and flavorful. Delicious cold.
