    1. Hope all is well with you my friend. Honey improves the taste of many things. It is good on salmon and tilapia too. Waking up with some great java this morning, got your cup all ready. ☕️☕️❤️💕💖Love Joni

    2. Kindred taste buds are with you and I. Natural seasonings are best too. I am with the great java this morning too, Joni, only I am a bit chasing routines! Drink up!☕️☕️Hugs!💗💕💗

    3. I agree. Everyone is chowing down right now practically everyone I know has gained five lbs. let’s face it my friend there is comfort in great food. You certainly put out some great recipes. Have a great evening. Love 💕 Joni

    4. Moderation is key. You are speaking of people chowing down during the COVID19 lockdown I suppose…🤔For most, weight gain comes with genetics or the other factors of pigging out, intense alcohol drinking and the lack of exercise?💗🌱🕊

    5. There goes that tongue again. Hehe. Well I have stayed basically around the same size for years. I was a size five then I was a size four which was nice because I felt like I could enjoy some special meals and carbs which I don’t usually eat much of but now I am back to a five. I must say I do miss going to the gym. I have an exercise bike and I do that now. I was walking but it is in the 90’s here but feels like 105 with the humidity factor. I don’t sweat like most people so I heat up fast. I get migraines so although I love to have a nice glass of red with a great meal it isn’t worth the headache from one glass. I feel badly for folks with genetics that make keeping weight off difficult. I guess we are blessed. Have a smashingly fantastic day my friend. Hugs and love 💕 Joni

    6. A glass of red…??? Those persons even with genetic weight stature have no worries (but there are others genetic problems that are a big problem), there are so many options available for them. Basically, as people we know that we are creatures of habit and must be aware of all indulgences especially those that affect our mood and personalities. Wishing you a loving day Joni! ☕️☕️🍂

    7. All true my friend we have to be aware bog our minds and our bodies. What we eat is important too. Take care my friend. Have a blessed night. Hugs and love 💕 Joni
